Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged through misuse

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
